Terms without the fog

Terms governing orders placed with Frame Loft Shop, under the laws of India.

Who you are contracting with

Orders are fulfilled by Frame Loft Shop, a sole proprietorship in Jaipur, Rajasthan selling inflatable pool floats, loungers and water games over the internet.

What is sold here is floats and loungers; ride-on and island floats; pool games and beach balls. Nothing on this site should be read as an offer of anything else.

Placing an order

We are bound when the order ships, not when the confirmation email lands.

If a price or a description is published in error we may cancel the order and refund in full, and we will tell you the same working day rather than shipping something at a price neither of us meant.

Prices and payment

All prices are Indian Rupees with tax included. We accept UPI and Cash on Delivery, as described on the Payment Policy. Delivery charges are set out on the Shipping Policy.

Delivery, returns and cancellation

Our Shipping Policy, Refund and Returns Policy and Cancellation Policy are incorporated into these terms.

Use of this site

  • the text, photographs and layout on this site belong to us; copying them for another shop is not permitted
  • bulk automated access that damages performance for real customers is not permitted
  • orders placed fraudulently, or in a name that is not yours to use, will be cancelled

Our liability

We are responsible for supplying the goods described, in the condition described, within the timescales on the Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for a courier delay outside our control, nor for misuse of a product against the instructions supplied with it. Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and any dispute falls to the courts having jurisdiction at Jaipur, Rajasthan.

We may revise these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies to your order.
