What happens if you change your mind, before and after the courier has it.
Before the parcel leaves
One line to sales@frameloftshop.shop quoting the order number is enough. We pull the order and refund it in full.
Because packing takes only 1 to 3 business days, a cancellation has a short window before it turns into a return.
If the courier already has it
From the first scan onward it is a delivery, not a cancellable order. Refuse it or return it; the Refund and Returns Policy covers the second route.
Cancellations from our side
Cancellation from our side happens for damaged stock, a published pricing error, or an address our couriers do not serve. Same working day notice, full refund.
Refund after cancellation
Prepaid cancellations are refunded within 5 to 7 business days and your bank may add a day before it appears. Cancel a Cash on Delivery order before dispatch and there is nothing to refund, because nothing was taken.
Neither party pays a fee for a cancellation. There is no deduction of any kind.
