What we can and cannot see

When you approve a UPI payment you do it in your bank’s own app, not on our page. Your credentials never touch this site and nothing about your payment instrument is stored here; we receive a success confirmation and that is all.

How money comes back

Refunds follow the original payment. UPI back to UPI; for an order paid on delivery we ask in writing for the account to send it to. See the Refund and Returns Policy and the Cancellation Policy for how long it takes.
