Orders and delivery
What does delivery cost and how long does it take?
A flat ₹99 under ₹2,999 and nothing at or above it. Allow 1 to 3 business days for packing plus 5 to 12 business days in transit, which is 6–15 business days overall.
How can I pay?
By UPI up front, or in cash at the door. The Payment Policy covers both.
How do I track my order?
We send the tracking link on the day of hand-over. Weekend gaps are normal, as the Track Your Order page explains.
If something goes wrong
Can I return something I have changed my mind about?
Yes, if you tell us inside 7 days and the item is unused, complete and boxed as it arrived. The Refund and Returns Policy has the conditions.
What if it arrives broken or does not work?
Tell us within 48 hours with the unboxing video. Full refund or replacement, and we pay the return. It applies to how it arrived, not to later faults.
Living with it
How do I inflate these without splitting a seam?
Use a low-pressure pump or lung power, not a compressor. Fill to firm, not drum-tight, and leave a little give for the sun to expand.
Does a puncture mean the float is finished?
No. The larger items ship with a patch, and a clean dry patch over a dry surface holds for seasons.
Will the colours fade in Indian sun?
Leaving a float in direct sun all day will dull it eventually. Deflate and store it in shade between uses and it keeps its colour far longer.
Are these safety devices?
No. They are leisure floats, not life-saving equipment, and a child in one still needs an adult within arm’s reach.
Can I collect an order myself?
There is no shop to visit. We sell online only, dispatch from Jaipur, Rajasthan, and answer messages during Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
