How we get it on the road
An order confirmed before 3:00 PM IST on a working day joins that day’s handover; anything later is packed the next working morning.
Our packing window is 1 to 3 business days and we dispatch six days a week, Monday to Saturday.
Inflatable seams does not survive a careless box, so each parcel is packed for the item rather than to a single template.
Delivery charges
Delivery is ₹99 below ₹2,999, and free at or above it. No zone pricing, no fuel surcharge.
The delivery line at checkout is the only delivery charge. Nothing else is added later.
Cash on Delivery works for most addresses. Where it does not, or where the basket is too large for it, the checkout says so while you can still change your mind.
Following the parcel
The carrier is picked for the destination PIN. A tracking number goes out to you by email and text the moment the parcel is handed over.
Courier scans can lag by a day, particularly over a weekend, so a link that looks frozen on Saturday is usually moving again by Monday. If it has genuinely not updated in seventy-two hours, tell us and we chase the courier ourselves.

Addresses we can and cannot reach
- India only, to any PIN code our couriers serve
- Street addresses only, please, with a contact number the courier can call
- Re-dispatch after a failed delivery is possible and costs the standard flat rate
