The courier’s own tracking page is the one to use. Aggregator sites copy that data later and are always a step behind.

When it is worth asking
Tell sales@frameloftshop.shop if nothing has changed in seventy-two hours, or if it claims to be delivered when it is not. We handle the courier.
A duplicate order is the one thing that makes this worse. Check with us before you place it.
Delivery windows and charges are on the Shipping Policy, and sales@frameloftshop.shop answers during Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
